5 Stretches to Release and Relieve Your Mid Back

If bunching over a desk all day has made your mid-back miserable, relaxation is simply a few stretches away. You can perform these stretches anywhere. After taking a break during the day to stretch the back and terminate tension as it develops. You can talk with your Physical Therapist about the best technique of exercising and the best way of performing it according to your situation.

Cat – cow movements -- Begin on all fours with your wrists right below your arms and knees under your hipbones. Breathe and turn your chest off the ground by contracting your back muscles. You might also raise your hands off the ground for a few moments to test how much you’re assaulting within the back.

Now you have to Press carefully into your hands to increase the stretch. About 80 percent of the curve should be from the back Hold on and release Repeat this process for two times.
